Here and Now
I am as I am in the moment of be~ing.
Traversing the in~between places and spaces.
A loving bridge in~union~ing the two(s).
A dancer in the fires of trans~form~in~action.
I am here on the ground
of our beloved earth & mother~ship
in and with Her Seas, Lands and Skies.
I walk as a teacher ~ working in motion
with energy~movements
held in oceans of mind.
In where my hands are to heal, to guide
through and with
our sacred waters and bodies of life.
My voice is to each
a song of new~begin~agains,
to talk of new beginnings
2 listen and learn ~
That the All of creature~nations
may be re~born,
known and made live
in the Eternal
Now

Ode to Yoga
Dedicated to Kriyaji, Babaji & The Hrudaya Process
~
Yoga is ancient yet ever new.
It is sublime and yet simple.
It creates raw beauty and power.
It is love in action.
It is truth in embodiment,
and it holds pure wisdom in its simplicity.
Join us in the field of transformation!

Mission statement
~ We all exist here together,
"that no stone shall be left unturned."
'The equivalent French phrase has a cosmic dimension since it is remuer ciel et terre, literally to move heaven and earth.'

Story so far...
As I recall, the desire and search for truth, meaning and contentment was ever present coming to the fore in my teens with an inner murmuring of discontent, both emotionally and spiritually. I reached out in different directions, whilst continuing with school education, attending lectures from Mary Baker-Eddy's Christian Science to taking an Alpha course at university and attending my Mum's yoga classes with the wonderful Billy Doyle.
In my 20's, I had the great opportunity and privilege to live in rural Cambodia as part of nationwide education program for VSO ( 2005-2007 ). Away from corporate post-uni London life, I had time to slow down and connect with a simple day-to-day rhythm. Yoga mat and books at the ready I began to practice in my own way, following my body and any asana postures I had already picked up.
One moment in particular stands out as my body~mind came together lifting me ease-fully into a headstand on a hot little balcony in urban Phnom Penh. I was fully charged with the desire to achieve the posture physically and suddenly my mind simply fell into line as I brought to mind Jesus holding my feet still whilst reaching for the sky in the inversion. Effortlessly, my legs floated up and suddenly there I was, actually in the pose at last! And with little physical effort in that perfect moment.
Why this story?
To demonstrate the power of mind and body working naturally together in reaching the harmony of a desired intention. In this case, my desire to master the headstand!
In that moment it was proof to me that things naturally align and in doing so,
give rise to a new experience, a union ~ Yoga.
This in itself is the essence of change ~ the power of transformation in action. Of the synchronisation of our body-systems, from the physical to the subtle realms, all lining up and moving us into a new multi-dimensional life experience.
The desire to reveal more of this union through and with my body-mind led me to reading anything I could get my hands on whilst living in Cambodia; including being gifted M. Scott Peck's The Road Less Travelled, a yoga book by Christy Turlington, alongside practising and studying the Ashtanga series whenever I could throw myself around on a yoga mat in the heat of the Cambodian countryside.
My practice gained intensity and depth as I took a U-turn from the Cambodian project, diving headlong into a Tantric Kundalini curriculum with a yoga community based in Thailand. Aged 27, and clear that I was in no way ready to be wife and mother, I knew answers would come through yoga, through deepening my awareness of mental patterning and resting in inner silence.
A few years, and what still feels like life-times later, I returned to my roots landing back in London at the family home aged 29, with little to my name in terms of the expected ladder-world, but with a wealth of energetic activity and awakening that required integration and grounding. In fact the words I kept inwardly repeating as I left the island were, "Integration is my evolution".
In stepped my next career! An English language teacher in the town I had attended secondary school in no less. And Kriyaji, a being whose source connection has held me in unconditional love, truth and simplicity ever since I sat in Her presence in 2009. She continues to this day to be the most extra~ordinary being, teacher and Master of Yoga I have ever come across.
So here you now find me...
A lover of Yoga.
A practitioner of Hrudaya Yoga ~ Kriyaji's complete system of re-education.
And at your service with all the tools I have collected to date to support your deep dive into the inner most Self, the dancing~still pools of pure awareness.
~ Come let us dance in the joy, silence and beauty of life! ~
