Be~ing in your body
Body-work is a fundamental key to transforming our life and energy and I have come to inner~understand this basis of yogic knowledge through my work as a yoga practitioner and teacher over many years. I offer one-off SBG© sessions or as part of a Basket of Care, a group of sessions specifically designed to meet your presenting problem.
What is SBG© Yoga?
SBG Yoga encompasses all the teachings, practices and work I have done in my life to date through the body. It is a fusion of traditional tantric hatha yoga, inspired by YogaMonks and with a healthy dose of Kriya energy thrown in for good measure!
Sacred Body Geometrics arose in consciousness following my desire to support a digital community in deeply embodying their intellects. I wanted to help anchor and embed them more profoundly in their physical bodies, through a playful and experiential understanding of the subtle and magnificent energetics of our 3D sphere.
It is a harmonising body-breath-mind practice offered to align us with the unique and beautiful structures of our be~ings, all held together at this anatomic & atomic, gravitationally-bound plane of the physical dimension.
"Revere your breath"
As the great yogis of old know, breath is the bridge to understanding and mastering one's mind and prana: ~ the inherent subtle life-energy and intelligence, igniting all life.
Activating prana ~ Innate life intelligence
The breath is our bridge ~ the bridge our breath ~ to deep embodied living, as well as altered states of higher consciousness. Mastering the breath is an ancient path known throughout many, likely all, cultural traditions to transform our conditioned mind and behaviours. The science and practice of pranayama efficiently purifies, transforms and removes limitations within our body-minds, in turn expanding our horizons into and beyond the here and now. Whether that means overcoming emotional dis-ease, gaining physical health and vitality, or adventuring into the inner subtle realms of intra-, inter- & multi-dimensional realities of existence.
In Yoga this work is known as Pranayama and described as part of the Sacred Science of Self-realisation. Nowadays there are many scientific studies based directly on the application and practice of breath-work, and which clearly demonstrate the benefits of regular practice; physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.

Mind with be~ing ~ "in the Zone"
Once the light of awareness is awakened we are able to rest beyond the familiar mental chitter-chatter. Through conscious relaxation and meditation we can then deepen our understanding of psycho-emotional patterns, and with practice and dedication gently transform old tendencies to in~breathe a new life experience.
Regularly being in a meditative zone ~ a state of mind where your brainwaves are slower than normal ~ for instance through exercise, creativity, deep relaxation, hypnosis or yoga, greatly enhances the day-to-day.
In my experience, over time we are gently wrapped in a delicious layer of silence and softness; simultaneously focus, clarity and thinking are stimulated and developed.
