• 21 - 28 day process
• Initial Consultation followed by Hypnotherapy
• Between 1-3 Sessions as per client need
• Final Feedback session to ground change

• 1-2-1 Sessions at home, online or in retreat locations
• Group bookings possible at lower cost

~  A Basket of Care: Combining RTT & SBG Yoga  ~

• A mix of SBG Yoga to support physical shifts, plus RTT Hypnotherapy for mind & soul
• Incorporating a blend of conscious body-based inquiry with deep subconscious work in hypnosis
