A transformational Hatha Vinyasa Yoga practice founded by Jonathan Monks, now directed & led by Mithila Kara, from which I have deeply benefited over the years.
My wonderful sister Hannah White and her talented partner Stephen Shiell:
co-creators of sonic experiences and accredited Deep Listening facilitators. They held me in re~membering the sacred act of sounding.
My dear father Roy, who had raw artistic talent developing into a life-time's creative work of spiritual integrity; and with a penetrating eye to boot!
One of my great uncles Stephen Dodgson, a well-known contemporary classical composer, renowned for his ingenuity & experimental sonic soundscapes.
Where I trained from 2007-2009: in silent meditation retreats, Kundalini hatha yoga practices, gnostic prayer, dance retreats for women, and tantric practices from traditional shastras (sacred texts).
St James's School where my education began: nursery school to age 9.
We chanted Sanskrit and ancient Greek, learnt Vedic philosophy & maths, practiced calligraphy, Natural Sciences and more. An intense beginning to say the least!
