My name is Ella and since my teenage years I have been adventuring through life to find deep connection and inner understanding of this earthly experience.

Here I offer your body~mind and spirit rest & enjoyment alongside therapeutic services to return you to that inner pool of stillness, pure potential and creativity.

Through yoga and hypnosis you can discover and transform the internal shadows, bringing your life into light-filled existence

My gift to you ~ Body Prayer

Words and melody by Ella White 2016  ~ in collaboration w/ Sarah Warwick @lifesong.co.uk  ~  Inspired by & offered to compliment Marisa's  I  Am  Enough  teaching.  The Chorus' include both "I Am Enough" as a mantra prayer, which moves to "We Are Enough" as a development of the theme ;-)
